Although the first contact with the Kaplan company took place only via internet and by phone (due to lockdown), there was not a single problem with sending of wood-stain samples and fabrics. Delivery met the promised deadline. Absolutely perfect service during delivery, assembly of the extension mechanism, schooling about furniture care. Everything fits perfectly and when it comes to appearance and touch, it is flawless. We thank the Kaplan company for beautification of our home.
